Our Camphor Laurel Butcher Blocks are handcrafted from one solid slab of carefully selected Australian timber, with no glue or joins. Each block is shaped and finished by hand in Inverell, NSW, preserving the natural grain, character and shape of the timber.

These thick, heavy-duty blocks are made for everyday use, whether you're chopping, preparing food, serving or entertaining. Built to be enjoyed for years to come, each piece has its own natural beauty and character.

Natural Timber & Resin – Please Read

The photos shown are examples only. Every block is unique, and the placement and amount of resin will vary from piece to piece. 

Camphor Laurel is a natural timber, so small drying cracks, swirls and other natural imperfections can occur. Where needed, these areas are carefully filled with food-safe, certified resin to create a smooth, practical surface while preserving the timber's natural character.

We aim to keep one side of each block as resin-free as possible, allowing you to enjoy the natural timber surface. However, the amount and location of resin will depend on the individual slab, and we cannot guarantee that either side will be completely resin-free.

As every block is made from a unique piece of timber, the shape, grain, colour and resin details will differ. Your block will not be identical to the one pictured.

Natural Finish

Each block is finished with organic jojoba oil and organic beeswax, keeping the finish simple and natural.
