All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
We ship via Australia Post provide tracking where possible. Miller Rustic Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels once the item has been handed over to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items. Custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
