📦 Order Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Custom Orders: Processing time varies based on the complexity of the design, typically 7–14 business days. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe when you place your order.

Please note: During peak periods (holidays, promotions, etc.), there may be slight delays.

🚚 Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you’re located outside Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us at millerrusticdesignsau@gmail.com — we may be able to arrange a custom quote.

🔁 Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or stolen in transit.

📍 Local Pickup 

We offer free local pickup from Inverell, NSW

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

  • Pickup times are by appointment only.

Some of our handcrafted pieces are made to order. The product page will indicate if an item is made-to-order and include estimated dispatch times.
