Refund policy

At Rustic Designs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade timber products. Because each piece is unique and made with care, we ask that you please choose carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• It must be in original, unused condition.
• Items must be free from any damage, wear, stains, or modifications.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

Please note: Due to the natural variations in timber, including knots, grain, and tone, we do not accept returns based on these natural characteristics, nor change of minds.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders and personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. To start a return, email us at millerrusticdesignsau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
