Crafted with care and precision, our handmade chopping boards are made from solid timber, free from glues, resin joins, and finished with our home made organic oil.

Each board is made from a single piece of timber—no leftover pieces or glued sections—allowing the unique features of the wood, such as knots, small holes, and varying grain patterns, to shine through. 

We embrace these natural characteristics, ensuring that only one face of the board is free from blemishes or holes for a smoother surface.

At Miller Rustic Designs, we pride ourselves on sourcing all of our timber sustainably. Most of the wood we use is cut by us from dead trees, ensuring that every board is both eco-friendly and unique. Each piece is finished with our special board wax, made from Organic Certified Jojoba Oil and Organic Certified Beeswax, which you can also purchase to keep your boards in great condition. These beautifully crafted boards are handmade in our workshop in Inverell, NSW. Since each board is made from carefully selected timber, they are unique and one of a kind.

Any white that you see on the photo is a small natural dip in the timber and has been filled with beeswax.
